Jeff Slobotski serves as the Manager for Marketing and Sales of
Volunteer Technologies. He is responsible for the daily activities
of Truist's suite of Volunteer Technologies including
Volunteer Solutions, Volunteer Event Management, Corporate
Volunteer Systems, Product Connections and Board Connections.
His primary role is
establishing partnerships with United Ways, Volunteer Centers,
corporations and universities to generate sales of Truist's
Technologies.
Prior to joining Truist in July of 2005, Jeff spent the past several years working as a Development Consultant on several capital campaigns as well as working as a political consultant and fundraiser for various races. In 1998, Jeff set up the Volunteer Solutions Omaha site, and worked with over 220 nonprofit agencies to list each of the agency's needs on the site. Combined with the work on the Volunteer Solutions site, he organized two city-wide "Volunteer Days" as a catalyst to get the community involved in volunteering. Jeff has a BSBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Nebraska. He lives in Omaha with his wife Molly and son Cayden. |

Jade joined Volunteer Solutions in January of 2005, bringing years of
experience managing volunteer programs and working within the
nonprofit world. Jade graduated with a master's from the University
of Toronto in 2000, where he specialized in human-computer
interaction. He is a strong proponent of focusing on the user's
experience.
He is the founder of Stop Abuse For Everyone, a national non-profit which provides services for domestic violence victims and has been recognized as one of the 50 most promising programs in the United States to combat domestic violence. Previously, Jade developed sophisticated, but easy to use, software that helped organize and improve operational efficiency. Today, Jade is responsible for the architecture, design and development of the suite of Truist tools. Jade lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife Kate, daughter Sasha, and their cat, Delilah, who thinks she is a dog. |

Rhonda Veugen is responsible for the customer experience at Truist.
Rhonda has been with United Way of America for 4 years and with
the United Way system over 6. Seeing the need for improved
technology in her own Volunteer
Center at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay in Boston, Rhonda
pioneered the concept of making Volunteer Solutions available to
United Ways and Volunteer Centers throughout the United States.
Rhonda is an expert on the importance of technology in advancing community impact agendas and is an avid speaker at technology and nonprofit conferences. Rhonda attended New York University and is currently pursuing advanced certificates in technology management. Rhonda lives in Massachusetts with her husband Roy, son Zach, and their dog Zoe. |

Neal Griffin holds ultimate responsibility for the operations of
Truist. Prior to taking the reigns at the Truist
organization, Neal had been employed as a Vice President in the
Enterprise Services Department at United Way of America for over
three years.
Prior to joining United Way of America, Neal was a Senior Financial Services Consultant with Deloitte Consulting. During his four years at Deloitte, Neal provided professional services to key Financial Services clientele including Merrill Lynch and Prudential. Neal also worked for AT&T to develop and deliver their Global Internet Dial-up service, WorldNet. Neal holds a BA in Psychology from Seton Hall University. Neal lives in New Jersey with his wife Beth, son Timmy, and labrador Kermit. |

Michael Schreiber heads up the leadership team of at United Way
of America. He is responsible for the Truist, Sales Service
America, the National Corporate Leadership Program, and the
Relationship Management Initiatives. In addition, Michael plays
the role of Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the national
website, the United Way system-wide extranet, and internal
technology for UWA.
Michael has been at United Way of America for since 2001. He stewarded the conversion of Truist and Volunteer Solutions from independent local efforts to integrated, fully funded and staffed National Programs. In addition, he managed the development of the National Web Site and the conversion of the look and feel of the 10,000 member United Way extranet. Prior to United Way, Michael spent six years with Deloitte Consulting. While at Deloitte, Michael built and managed the National Non Profit Practice. He spent two years building a utilities practice in Southern Africa. Before Deloitte, Michael worked in small business and economic development in Zimbabwe and The Gambia. Michael has an MBA from Duke University, plus an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Certificate in African Studies from Stanford University. Michael lives in New Jersey with his wife Kim and son Jason. |
